MEET HARPREET
Hi ! I’m Harpreet, and the story behind HS Therapy is deeply personal. I didn’t just build a clinic — I created the space I once needed: a space where healing is soft, slow, and held with care. A space where you don’t have to explain everything. Where your nervous system can exhale, and your story is safe.
Like many of my clients, I know what it’s like to carry too much for too long — to feel like you need to hold it all together, even when you’re falling apart inside. HS Therapy – Healing Space is the result of my own healing, education, and vision for something more human in the therapy world.
My Story Is My Why
The work I do isn’t just what I do — it’s who I am.
My own healing journey led me here. Therapy has held me through the hardest chapters of my life: moments of anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and the quiet, aching question of whether I was truly enough. I've sat in the discomfort of my own emotions, learned how to soften my inner critic, and discovered the kind of safety that can only come from being fully seen — and deeply accepted.
That’s what I want to offer you.
There was a time when I filled every moment with noise and movement, afraid of sitting still with my thoughts. Now, I honour slowness. I’ve learned that healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken — it’s about remembering who you are. And you are already enough.
As a racialized woman, I’ve also navigated the complexities of cultural identity — finding my voice between tradition and autonomy, family and self, expectation and authenticity. I know how hard it can be to hold it all.
HS Therapy – Healing Space was born from this knowing. From the need for a space where people like you — people with layered identities, full hearts, and painful stories — can come as they are and feel less alone. A space that honours every version of you: the one that’s hurting, the one that’s healing, and the one that’s still becoming.
I believe therapy should feel like a soft place to land. I’ll never push you to share what you’re not ready to — your story unfolds in your time, not mine. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that your body, mind, and spirit are deeply connected.
And outside of the therapy room? I’m a volleyball lover, a devoted cat mom to my tuxedo-wearing sidekick, and someone who finds joy in laughing too loud with family.
This isn’t just my career — it’s my calling. And it would be an honour to walk alongside you.
