You don’t have to carry everything alone. At HS Therapy – Healing Space, we offer individual counselling for young people, adults, and anyone feeling stuck, unseen, or ready for change. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, self-worth, grief, life transitions or simply want to feel more like yourself again — we’re here to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered.

What to Expect
Initial Session – We’ll get to know one another, clarify your goals, and set a comfortable pace.
Ongoing Counseling – Weekly or bi-weekly sessions (in-person in Whitby or online across Ontario), using tools from mindfulness, emotion regulation, cognitive-behavioural strategies, and relational therapy.
Safe & Confidential Space – Your privacy, pace and story are honoured.
Support Beyond the Room – You’ll receive practical resources, reflections, and possibly short reminders to help integrate change into your everyday life.
