    Your first step is a free 15-minute consultation — a chance to connect, ask questions, and get a feel for what it’s like to talk to a therapist. This call is about comfort and fit. No pressure, just a conversation to see if we’re the support you’ve been looking for.

  • STEP 2

    YOUR INITIAL SESSION

    This first session is a chance for you to get to know each other—no pressure, no expectations. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, explore what support could look like, and begin building a sense of safety and trust. You can share as much or as little as you’d like. It’s all about starting where you are, together.

  • STEP 3

    WORKING TOGETHER

    As we continue, therapy becomes a space that’s just for you — to feel, release, reflect, and grow. Some days might feel heavy, others light. Together, we’ll gently explore patterns, build self-trust, and support the version of you that’s been waiting to feel safe enough to emerge. Healing won’t always be easy, but you won’t be doing it alone.

Hi, I’m Harpreet, a Registered Social Worker and the founder of HS Therapy – Healing Space.
I created this space with a simple but powerful vision: to offer people a place where they can truly exhale — where healing feels safe, supportive, and deeply human.

At HS Therapy, we bring together mind and body healing — offering psychotherapy, massage therapy, and more — all with the goal of helping you reconnect with yourself and release what no longer serves you.
