Our Approach
At HS Therapy – Healing Space, our counselling is rooted in empathy, insight and real-life relational strategies. We’ll collaborate with you as a couple, helping you:

What to Expect
Initial Session: We’ll meet (in person in Whitby or virtually across Ontario), clarify your goals and build a foundation of safety and openness.
Therapy Sessions: Weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs—blending relational therapy, communication skills, emotion regulation and system perspectives.
Safe & Confidential Space: Your history, dynamics and feelings are held in a compassionate, non-judgmental way.
Support Beyond the Room: Practical take-home tools, reflections and check-ins to keep your connection growing outside sessions.
