Hi, I’m Harpreet Sahota, a Registered Social Worker and the founder of HS Therapy – Healing Space.

I created this space with a simple but powerful vision: to offer people a place where they can truly exhale — where healing feels safe, supportive, and deeply human.

At HS Therapy, we bring together mind and body healing — offering psychotherapy, massage therapy, and more — all with the goal of helping you reconnect with yourself and release what no longer serves you.

    Your first step is a free 15-minute consultation — a chance to connect, ask questions, and get a feel for what it’s like to talk to a therapist. This call is about comfort and fit. No pressure, just a conversation to see if we’re the support you’ve been looking for.

    YOUR INITIAL SESSION

    This first session is a chance for you to get to know each other—no pressure, no expectations. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, explore what support could look like, and begin building a sense of safety and trust. You can share as much or as little as you’d like. It’s all about starting where you are, together.

    WORKING TOGETHER

    As we continue, therapy becomes a space that’s just for you — to feel, release, reflect, and grow. Some days might feel heavy, others light. Together, we’ll gently explore patterns, build self-trust, and support the version of you that’s been waiting to feel safe enough to emerge.
